    原因1：塑胶机的射胶二板里面的转动轴太长、内花键轴小圆孔过浅或内花键轴和电机轴花键配合过紧，强制性安裝达后导致低速档油马达的机罩滚柱轴承被顶损，导致电机旋转艰辛，漏汽发现异常。

    解决方法：卸下来电机，检查电机轴花键轴起刀位是不是有显著印压。倘若液压行走马达小型有压印，表明射胶二板内的转动轴太长。依据实际的裁短塑料机械转动轴，在转动轴里面花键轴网页开发提升一个倒圆角，还可以加厚射胶二板或在旋转油马达网页开发面五个安裝小圆孔处垫上适当厚薄的密封垫片，把电机垫离射胶二板独特的间隔。修改塑料机械转动轴内花键孔规格型号直道和电机花键轴匹配才行。
