2. The oil supply volume is the theoretical flow rate of the pump station, that is, the calculated value obtained by considering the system efficiency of 90%.

3. The rope capacity is the theoretical maximum rope capacity of the winch . The actual allowable effective rope capacity should consider keeping 3 turns of the wire rope for use to prevent the rope end from falling out.

    速率调试应在常规压力和一切正常工作中温度下开展；遵循先低速档后快速的标准。

    ①液压马达的转速比调试。液压马达在资金投入运转前，应该和工作中组织 松掉。在空载情况先启动，再从减速到快速逐渐调试并留意空载排气管，随后反方向运转。与此同时应查验外壳升温和噪音是不是一切正常。待空载运转一切正常后，再关机将电机与运行平台联接，再度运行液压马达并从低速档至快速负荷运转。如发生低速档爬取状况，可查验工作中组织 的保养是不是充足，系统软件排气管是不是完全，或有没有别的机械设备影响。

    ②液压缸的速率调试。液压缸的速率调试与液压马达的速率调试方式 类似。对带缓冲调整设备的液压缸，在变速全过程中应与此同时调节缓冲设备，直到达到该缸所带组织 的稳定性规定。如液压缸系内缓冲且为不能调型，液压马达转速控制则需要将该液压缸拆下来，在实验台子上调试解决达标后再电脑装机调试。
