2. The oil supply volume is the theoretical flow rate of the pump station, that is, the calculated value obtained by considering the system efficiency of 90%.

3. The rope capacity is the theoretical maximum rope capacity of the winch , and the actual allowable effective rope capacity should consider keeping 3 turns of the wire rope for use to prevent the rope end from falling out.

①马达厂家确保微型低速液压马达输出轴与机械设备的同轴度，或选择柔性连接。

②启动四柱液压机油电机前，外壳应充满油。外壳应始终充满油，并表明内部润化，不然会损坏刹车液压马达，铸成大错！

③泄漏连接:液压马达外壳泄漏管务必全直径，不可接纳溢流阀，并立即从泄漏口连接到汽车油箱，以保持外壳充满齿轮油。泄漏管的穿管务必避免虹吸。泄漏管使其在汽车油箱液位下列完毕，其他管路不可连接泄漏管。四柱液压机电机的泄漏管应单独连接汽车油箱，不可与回路口连接。

④四柱液压机外置排油管时，应保证油电机外壳内充满液压油，防止停车时外壳里的齿轮油回到汽车油箱，如渗油管插孔往上，使排油孔高过外壳。

⑤一般排油孔不接冷凝式。假如四柱液压机必须安装冷凝式，其值不能超过0.16-0.20兆帕，不然汽压会打破底压密封，如水泵密封。

⑥应保证低速档大转距电机有充足的泵油凝汽式，尤其要注意内趋势图式油电机。
