Product Overview:

The XHBD five-cylinder radial piston hydraulic motor range incorporates most of the components from the XHS series, which has been widely acclaimed for its high performance and reliability. An innovative intermediate plain bearing design, manufactured using the latest materials and machining processes, has further expanded the XHS hydraulic motor range. The XHBD motors can now be supplied with variable displacement, tapered roller bearings for axial forces, a hollow output shaft and a counterbalance block to reduce vibration at high speeds. The use of tapered roller bearings allows the new motor to carry a portion of the axial load, and the radial load carrying capacity has also been significantly increased.

The XHBD two-speed motor is the first to be produced in China and has been successfully declared a national invention patent. The main parts are manufactured by an imported five-axis machine and machined in a single operation.

Displacement change: The change of displacement of the XHBD series motor is achieved by changing the eccentric distance of the motor crankshaft. It can be adjusted smoothly from high to low displacement and vice versa, either dynamically or statically, by means of an external low pressure control signal.

Free wheel: the BD series motors do not allow cavities.

Application and operation: the sliding bearings on the shaft have a very low coefficient of friction and the motor can be started with a high torque and at the same time has a high mechanical efficiency at both high and low displacements. The maximum speed of the motor so far depends on the flow rate of the oil distributor mounted on the motor.

Starting and low speed torque: BD motors are able to maintain a good speed stability at low speeds. The minimum stabilisation speed depends on the displacement of the motor. The motor is able to maintain a constant torque output at low speeds as well, without excessive fluctuations due to low speeds, crawling or just starting up.
