GFB hydraulic transmission device instruction manual
I. Overview:
The GFB series transmission device is composed of various hydraulic valve blocks, hydraulic motors, planetary reducers and other components. It also has the characteristics of high efficiency when starting and working, less energy consumption, low noise, compact size, beautiful appearance, and good economy. It can be widely used in railway and truck cranes, ships, oil fields, coal mines, ports and other equipment.
2. Matters needing attention:
1. Please read this manual carefully before ordering, and let us know the actual working conditions. Our factory can assist in model selection and establish customer files for after-sales service.
2. The hydraulic rotary device can rotate in both directions, and the user can realize it only by exchanging the oil inlet and outlet of the hydraulic motor.
3. All products are allowed to be installed in any direction, but it should be noted that the leakage port of the hydraulic motor should be located above the horizontal plane of the shaft center. If the customer requires that the shaft output direction is upward or higher than the horizontal direction, please specify when ordering, and our factory will provide the leakage port A check valve is added to prevent the lack of lubricating oil in the housing.
4. The shell pressure of all products does not exceed 0.3MPa. If you have special requirements, please contact our factory.
5. Working fluid: The working oil of the hydraulic motor is wear-resistant hydraulic oil. The ideal working oil temperature is 30°C~50°C and the allowable oil temperature is -20°C~80°C. In special cases, low-condensation hydraulic oil should be used. The ideal hydraulic oil viscosity is 40~60 centistokes.
6. Filtration precision of oil used in hydraulic motors: 25 micron or better filtration precision is recommended.
7. Please add two-thirds of the volume of gear oil to the gearbox before use, and fill the hydraulic motor with hydraulic oil.
8. After 200 hours of use for the first time, please replace the gear oil and hydraulic oil. The brand of the oil is the same as the original one. Replace every six months thereafter.

液压电机又称油电机,主要用于注塑机械设备、船舶、起重机、工程机械设备、工程机械、电力机械、矿山设备、冶金设备、船舶配件、石化设备、港口起重机等。
快速电机齿轮马达具备体型小、重量较轻、构造简易、工艺性能好、对液压油的环境污染不比较敏感、抗冲击和惯性力小等优势。缺陷有扭矩脉冲比较大、高效率较低、启动扭矩较小(仅为额定值扭矩的60%——70%)和低速档稳定性能差等。
从热传递的理念来看,液压泵和液压电机是可逆工作的液压系统,将工作液体输入到所有液压泵中,可以成为液压电机条件;相反,当液压电机机床主轴从外部扭矩驱动时,也可以成为液压泵条件。由于他们具备相同的主要构造因素--密闭式而又可以周期时间变动的容量和相对应的配油组织。
然而,由于液压电机和液压泵的工作标准不同,其功能要求也不同,同类液压电机和液压泵之间仍存在许多差异。首先液压马达应可以正、翻转,因此规定其内部构造对称性;液压马达的转速范畴必须充足大,尤其对摆缸内五星液压马达 的低平稳转速有一定的规定。因而,它通常都选用滚柱轴承或负压滚动轴承;次之液压马达因为在键入工作压力油标准下工作,因此无须具有自吸式工作能力,但必须一定的原始密闭性,才可以给予必需的电动机扭矩。由于这种差异,液压电机与液压泵的结构类型相似,但不能可逆工作。
