提高摆线液压电机转速的好方法：

提升总流量当然可以提高转速，可是多多少少是会直接影响到摆线液压马达的使用期限。但是只需是在它的大功率范畴内的情况下就没什么问题，假如汽压做到了额定值工作压力，把转速提高上来得话就超出了它能够承担的电功率范畴，自然对摆线马达的使用寿命有一定的危害，如同吃不了那么多却硬要吃，結果就把胃给撑坏掉。

提升总流量只有有效的提高转速，500提高到900，那麼提议更换型号规格的电机，摆线马达总流量提高到一定水平，转速不容易无休止的上升的，内部结构汽压上升，内泄扩大，造成高效率立即降低，或是电机毁坏。

摆线液压马达对与错定电机转子副怎么会翻转，定电机转子是不会错的，是转子与配流盘的相对位置不对，摆线马达分成轴配流和内孔配流二种。轴配流的配流方法在机床主轴上，你能在轴承端盖冲着一个油杯做一个标记，冲着转定子副的较小密封性腔，试一下，若为翻转再错一个齿就好了。内孔配流的配流方法是配流盘，根据配流轴和转子联接，装转好定子副后，测量一下密闭腔深层就可以了，若较小密封性腔的顺时针的腔比反方向方位的腔深则为正转，相反为翻转。

深层为转定子、档板、配流盘三者之和。其首要缘故在配流盘上。一般来说，配流盘侧面进液时，又恰好通往转定子zui小密封性腔的顺时针方向边的腔（高压腔）即是正转。
