Product selection instructions:

(1), XHSC hydraulic transmission allows working under high pressure.

(2) The maximum allowable pressure of the shell is 0.8MPa, if you have special requirements, please contact the manufacturer.

(3) Hydraulic oil: It is recommended to use high-quality, anti-foam, anti-oxidation mineral-based hydraulic oil. The ideal working oil temperature is 30°C~50°C, and the allowable oil temperature is -20°C~80°C. When the oil temperature is lower than 10°C , must use low-condensation hydraulic oil. The viscosity of the hydraulic oil is 40-60 centistokes, and the allowable value is 5-300 centistokes.

(4) The filter precision of hydraulic oil is recommended to be 25um or higher.

(5) The hydraulic transmission device can rotate in both directions, and the specific steering is shown in the attached drawing. If the user's requirement is opposite to that shown in the illustration, please specify when ordering.

(6) Positioning of oil drain pipe: XHSC transmission allows installation in any direction. In order to ensure the lubrication of each movement pair in the motor, it is required to fill the motor with hydraulic oil before working. Hydraulic oil.

(7) Selection of distributors: various hydraulic transmission devices can choose distributors of various specifications according to different working conditions. Consideration: Distributor installation: The direction of the inlet and outlet of the distributor is allowed to rotate at intervals of 72 degrees according to the shape of the installation connection position, but when the screw is loosened and rotated, be careful not to damage the sealing function of the flat O-ring.

油液环境污染系统的伤害具体如下所示:

2)元件阻塞与卡紧常见故障  固态颗粒物阻塞液压阀门的空隙和管口,造成阀心堵塞和卡紧,危害工作中性能,乃至造成明显的安全事故。

3)加快油液性能的劣变  油液中的水和气体以其热能工程是油液空气氧化的首要标准,而液压马达如何选型油液中的金属材料粒子对油液的空气氧化起关键催化反应,除此之外,油液中的水和飘浮汽泡显着减少了运动副间雾气的抗压强度,使润化性能减少。
