    油温尽可能。油箱的油温不可以超出60℃，一般液压设备在35~55℃范畴内工作中较为适合。从保护的角度观察，也应肯定防止油温过高。若油温有出现异常上升应开展查验，普遍缘故有：

    ①油的粘度太高；

    ②受外部的危害（比如电源开关炉口的汽压设备等）；

    ③回路设计方案不太好，比如高效率太低，选用的元器件的容量过小，减速机液压马达流动速度过高而致；

    ④油箱容量小，排热慢（一般来说，油箱容量在油泵每分排油情况的3倍之上）；

    ⑤阀的性能不太好，比如非常容易产生震动就很有可能造成出现异常发烫；

    ⑥油品受到影响，摩擦阻力扩大；

    ⑦冷却塔的性能不太好，比如水流量不够，履带用液压马达管路内有污垢等。

    5）回路里的气体应彻底消除掉。回路里进到环境后，由于汽体的容积和工作压力反比，因此伴随着荷载的变化。
