The deep-sea hydraulic winch device is composed of a traction winch, a cable storage winch, a cable unwinder, a hydraulic power station, and an electro-hydraulic control system.

The deep-sea hydraulic winch device operates in the deep blue sea, with a working depth of 3,000 m to 12,000 m underwater. It can be used for deep-sea operations such as deep-sea survey, deep-sea submersible retraction, deep-sea salvage, and submarine pipeline engineering. It is the key equipment for deep-sea resource development. The traction winch has replaceable non-metallic rope grooves, and the cable storage winch drum has broken wire rope grooves.

The load at the end of the rope of the deep-sea hydraulic winch device makes the cable have high tension, and the cable becomes low tension after passing through the traction winch, and can be wound neatly and automatically on the cable storage winch through the right-angle rope arrangement. Low tension cable storage extends cable life

The electro-hydraulic system of the deep-sea hydraulic winch device controls the hydraulic motors of the traction winch, cable storage winch, and cable unwinder to work in harmony at the same time to complete the retraction and release of the cable and discharge it neatly on the drum. There is no need to manually adjust the row rope during the retraction of the cable.

The deep sea hydraulic winch device has three control modes: debugging mode, working mode and automatic mode. The electronic control system adopts CAN bus communication control, which has high performance and high reliability. The control and feedback signals can be quickly processed to realize high-performance control of the winch.

　　液压绞盘高效率很高，但是，针对那样的机器设备，大家一定要严格按照相对应的规程开展操作，假如没去高度重视，那麼产生的结果便是机器设备毁坏，在运用时，实际有什么规程呢？：

　　1、操作液压绞盘的工作人员，必须通过培训后才可以入岗，且应用卷扬机以前也需要对它进行查验，不必有阻拦运作的物件存有。

　　2、应用以前，要对钢丝绳搞好外型查验，尤其是钢丝绳的排序，损坏等状况，发觉有什么问题要妥善处理，不必带上常见故障工作。

　　3、在液压绞盘运作期内，钢丝绳的周边不必站人，避免钢丝绳破裂。

　　4、此外要维持运作速率，不必太快加速。

　　液压绞盘在操作期内要多多的留意，回转液压马达价格一定要严格按照规程来操作，我们不能因为方便去做一些不应该做的一些操作。在应用期内尽量要维持均速，一定不能操作太快。
