XHDJ electric winch is made by our factory technicians with many years of experience and continuous innovation and improvement. It is driven by JZ2-H marine electric motor, through elastic coupling, closed gear reducer, open large and small gears, and jaw clutch to drive the reel to rotate. It adopts electromagnetic brake, equipped with manual band brake and manual clutch. The product is compact in structure, small in size, light in weight, large in lifting capacity, and easy to use, and is widely used in various lifting equipment such as ships, oil fields, coal mines, and ports.

The JZ2-H marine motor selected by the winch is equipped with an automatic control box and an electromagnetic brake, which is convenient for long-distance control and can realize the brake protection function. The motor has a high protection level (IP56), wind, sand and rain have no effect on the use of the motor, and is suitable for outdoor use. When the jaw clutch is disengaged, the empty hook can be lowered freely, which greatly improves the working efficiency. When the winch is not working, lock the belt type manual brake to achieve braking and effectively protect the open gear and the reduction box.

    ①在泵里注满工作中物质；

    ②查验旋转方位是不是恰当；

    ③通道和出入口是不是接反；

    ④拿手试运；

    ⑤查验吸进侧是不是漏入气体；

    ⑥在要求的转速比内启动和运转。

    在较低温度下启动液压泵时，应留意下列地方：

    ①在严寒地区或冬季启动液压泵时，应当开开关关，矿用液压马达往复式几回使油温升高，液压控制阀运转灵便后，再进到宣布运转；

    ②在一段时间上用电加热器加温汽车油箱，尽管能够 提升油温，但这时候泵等设备或是冷的，只是油是热的，非常容易出现常见故障，应当留意。

    别的常见问题：

    ①在液压泵启动和终止时，应以溢流阀卸压；

    ②溢流阀的控制精度工作压力不可超出液压传动系统的最 大工作压力；

    ③应尽可能维持继电器的工作电压平稳，不然很有可能会造成电磁线圈超温；

    ④易损件零件，如密封环等，应常常有备用品，便于立即拆换。
